Sports romance? Yes, please!

Romantic suspense? Hand it over! 

College romance? You betcha!

MM romance? Definitely! (Especially if Cambria Hebert is writing it!!)

Add all of those up and you get Whisper, the newest installment in the Westbrook Elite series.  Whisper is book 7 in the series and I have been invested in this group of swimmers since Wet came out in 2022.  Whisper is the third MM book in this series and it features (Matthew) Prism and Arsen, the popular DJ around Westbrook. 

We have learned a lot about Prism over the last couple of books, especially in Whoa (Kruger and Jess). His quiet nature. His Misophonia and why he's never without his AirPods. But we get to learn so much more in this book, and some of it will break your heart. Enter Arsen - aka Triple A. The tattooed and pierced DJ.   Engaging and intuitive.  Oh, and did I mention sensitive, caring, and possessive?

Toss these guys together and you get one heck of an awesome story - I just don't want to spoil it! Just know when you pick this one up you'll be torn between devouring the book and taking your sweet time to savor it as long as possible. 7 books into the series means you don't need the details, just know it's my favorite book yet in the series. Cambria Hebert writes the best college/new adult sports romances - and this one does not disappoint.   5 stars!!

Wright Kind of Love is Chase and Harley’s story. I was so excited for this one and Ms Linde didn’t disappoint. I love all of the Wright Family books. 

The Wrights and Sinclairs remind me of the Hatfields and McCoys. They don’t get along well at all. Harley and Chase seem to be the only exception to this. I couldn’t wait for them to get their happy ending. They had to overcome a lot of obstacles and outside forces working against them. 

I loved everything about this story; from the characters to the story line. It’s got just enough drama and angst to keep me turning pages. I’m a sucker for an age gap romance. I cannot wait to see what’s next.

I’ve not read loads of Jay McLeans books but the ones I have I’ve loved. This book however has become my favourite book of hers now.

The emotions she created were so intense. I found myself holding my breath and trying to hold back the tears. She managed to draw out ever ounce of emotion from the characters she possibly could.

Not made to last was just captivating. Olivia and Rhys were great characters I was able to fall in love with. Following them through out there story and watching there growth individually and together is what made me want to keep flying through the page.

This book starts a new series for Layla Hagen so of course I had to read it asap when it popped up on my tablet! This had one of my favorite troupes, single parent!

 

As with every Layla Hagen book, one of the main characters, in this case the hero Chad, has a meddling family. The antics the LeBlanc and Broussard families were up to in this book had me laughing out loud!

 

The connection between Chad and Scarlett was obvious and I loved reading their love story. Bella, Chad’s daughter, also played a big part in this book and their relationship and I loved how all three interacted together!

 

Read this book now and get ready for what I’m sure will be another amazing series by this fantastic author!
