Tinsley has a mouth abs a half on her and one could never imagine how nurturing and caring she is and you can tell a lot about a person’s character by the way they treat animals and children and it didn’t take me long to just love and adore this girl between the animals and Daisy she won me over in a heart beat ❤️

This was a fun poolside, summer day read!! It was sweet and sexy! A swoonworthy hero A funny sometimes bit of a mess heroine They meet and what coulda/shoulda been a summer fling turned to more. I loved watching their romance play out with a perfect touch of angst to keep me interested. Britni Hill always writes characters I wanted to be friends with, very likeable and real.

A fantastic ending to this duet! I loved every twist and turn!! The setting made this story, all the superstitions (for lack of a better word) of New Orleans. The spirits speaking and guiding our characters gave this book an element I thoroughly enjoyed. The love story wasn't always pretty. Sexy and steamy are a great way to describe this couples attraction. Aleatha Romig does dark like nobody's business. I loved this duet and can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

Glitter is a historical romance, I have never read this genre before but I’m a big fan of Ms.Glines writing so I had to give it a try. I’ve come to the conclusion that it doesn’t matter what genre Ms. Glines writes I known I’ll love it. This story was flawless from the characters to the plot: I loved everything about it.
I loved Miriam she was a great female lead and was always true to herself and her beliefs. She was a beautiful lady who was kind, loyal and the type of person everyone loves. Hugh and Nathaniel are stepbrothers. They both are vying for her attention but only one for the right reasons. Emma was my favorite character and made this story so much more entertaining. It had my full attention from the first page until the last. If you like historical romances or Ms Glines other books you’ll love this one.

“Stop giggling. You sound ridiculous,” the older of the two girls said.
“You’re just sour Lord Ashington didn’t attend,” the younger girl replied.
“The night is young yet,” the mother added, as if this was, in fact, the issue the eldest daughter was having.
“Even if he does arrive, he will seek out Lydia Ramsbury. Everyone knows he has called on her and taken her for a ride in the park this week. I even heard she went to the opera with him and sat in his box.” The youngest girl seemed to be enjoying herself.
I wanted to roll my eyes, but then I was the one eavesdropping on a conversation that wasn’t mine to listen to. I should be rolling my eyes at myself.
“Nothing is certain,” the mother said with a tone that made me shiver slightly.
“Lydia Ramsbury would make a perfect countess,” the older girl said grudgingly.
“As would you,” the mother said.
It had been obvious that Lord Ashington had been interested in Lydia Ramsbury at the last ball. The next morning, his visit to me had been surprising. His abrupt departure had not been. Not that any of this mattered. I was not interested in the affairs of Lord Ashington. Not in the least. He would make a most difficult husband.
Feeling as if I were a lurker in their conversation, I took one last deep inhale of the lovely fragrance before turning to go back into the ballroom. Just as I stepped inside, I scanned the room for Aunt Harriet, but my gaze locked on Mr. Nicholas Compton. He was here and he was dancing… with Lydia Ramsbury.

It was in that moment, I decided I truly hated Nicholas Compton. He wasn’t interesting but spiteful and cold. I truly hoped Lydia Ramsbury was smart and didn’t fall for his charming smile and attractive face. There was something I disliked more than arrogance and it was cruelty.
