LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS BOOK!
They grew up as best friends and before college had a summer of first love. First kiss, first date, first time, first LOVE.
I was so sad to see that end but the made promises! They would ALWAYS be best friends.

There was part of things about this book I liked but then there were bits I didn’t like and found boring and very samey.

The biggest reason I struggled with it was I just didn’t no what the plot was even after 35% in. It was all over the place, not like the books I normally read of by the authors.

The love story between the couple was ok though. It became more believable the further in to the book I read.

Not as good quality as the other authors books sadly

A good friend's to Lovers story.
I am a sports romance fan and I love how this series is more than hockey we are getting a bit of multiple sports. I like seeing the whole athlete world of college life.
Theo is borderline obsessed with Riley they have a past connection and he hasn't let go.
I liked Riley alot she is a little spitfire!
I enjoyed watching them reconnect and watching Theo win her over.

Wow!! So good!
Dark and addicting!
This author has a talent for writing heroes you should hate but don't.
Wells is 100% obsessed he develops stalkerish behavior and I still fell.
Parker was meek and mild I wanted to hug her to keep her safe and scream GET A BACKBONE! at the same time.
The twists and turns and showing scenes kept me glued to my Kindle.
I always enjoy a Haley Faiman book but this is one of her best.
I can't wait for more in the series.

Wow,
I loved this book. The Curse of Moonseed Manor by D. Lieber.
This book has it all; moody, distant, cursed male lead. The lovely but poor female lead who wants to save him and of course the Villian!
Moonseed Manor is cursed because the owner of a mine allowed mining to go on and 128 miners were killed. A wycche(witch) places a curse on the manor, that a child born with dark hair and pale skin would bring the curse down upon the Manor. This entails losing all their money and eventually torment and death of the cursed child.
You are treated to a delightfully well-written story with characters who are believable and some fantastic poetry that chills you to the bone! D. Lieber brings to life the people of her books and ads intrigue and revenge for past misdeeds on the family of Moonseed Manor.
William Courtland Bennings is the last surviving member of the family that is cursed. Katherine Mabry is "Wren" his new photographer for MoonSeed Manor which is now a not-for-profit bed and breakfast.
This story carries you on a ride through life as a cursed person with ghosts tormenting him and the woman who loves him. Of course, the devious Watt, who has ulterior motives is there to throw a monkey wrench in the works.
If you love a good mystery and happily ever afters this is the book for you! I highly recommend this book.

A second chance Aletha Romig style!
I was hooked with book 1 and was dying for book 2. It definitely didn't disappoint.
Our hero was simply swoonworthy. He loved our girl and regretted letting her go.
Our heroine was strong and independent a great female lead but she never got over our hero.
Book 1 was their steamy reconnect and that continued in this one with the inclusion of intrigue and a bit of angst.
I wanted to throttle him until the whole story came out.
Together the battled a wicked ex and her mother.
So glad there is another book. I loved his sister and wanted her to have a story, I am a greedy reader.

Aleatha Romig is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author who lives in Indiana, USA. She grew up in Mishawaka, graduated from Indiana University, and is currently living south of Indianapolis as well as part of the year in Bradenton, Florida, USA. Before she became a full-time author, she worked days as a dental hygienist and spent her nights writing.
