I loved that Chelle had a new series!! Eden Butler is a new author to me but I honestly can’t wait to read more from her after this!! This is the story of Kit and Kane. They are best friends but that’s just the surface of their long friendship. 

Kit has lost her best friend and is trying to fulfill her last wish for her by checking off the bucket list she left for her. She asks Kane for help. He’s her friend and coworker and she knows he can help her. But can she overcome her fears and finish the list? Will Kit let the sparks between her and Kane fade due to her fear?

Kane has had a crush on Kit for years, but as her friend and co worker he hasn’t done anything about his feelings. Now Kane has the chance to help Kit fulfill her bucket list and maybe win her heart. 

I loved the storyline of this story!! I was a friends to lovers story but it had a twist so it was nice to see the friendship between these two before the romance happened!  The sparks were there the whole tome hit these two were so stubborn!!

I loved Kit! She was a great heroine!! She is strong but also vulnerable and it was amazing to see her overcome her fears with the help of the lost and Kane!! I loved how sweet Kane was with her! He knew when to push her and when to hold off. He also was always there as a friend. 

I loved the secondary characters!! Kane’s brother was so funny!! I can’t wait to get my hands on his story! He better get one! The ending tease of his story was so cruel! I want it now!!

My only hope is that we will see these two get a novella in the future!  I want to see their happily ever after!  I want to get back into Kanes head for it too!! 

I will definitely be reading more from Eden Butler! And of course my love for Chelle Bliss will never end! Her words are always so amazing to read and the worlds she creates are unforgettable and sick me in every time!!

Full breasts spilled over into a small black bikini that left nothing to the imagination, it barely covered nipple for that matter, and the bottoms? Well she had to keep adjusting them lets just say high school bathing suits ten years later look small. 

In the best way possible. 

Head held high she walked right by me to Max, grabbed a shot, took it, then sucked the lime he held out in front of her. 

I growled. 

Max winked at me. “Something wrong, man?”

I reached for the non existent gun at my side, which just made him grin harder as he kept handing out alcohol to parents of toddlers. 

Because thats the type of party it was. 

Almost everyone started talking about their kids, retirement, stock portfolios, vacation time, and babies. 

It was almost too depressing for words. 

I had all those things but what I’d always wanted. A family. Babies. 

Maddy. 

She shared a sideway’s glance with me. 

I reached for her, but she pulled away and ran full speed towards the pool and did a giant canon ball. 

People cheered. 

While I watched as wet cold water ran down her curvy body, my gaze was so tranfixed on her erect nipples I’m surprised nobody pulled me aside about my current situation of arousal. 

Cold water. Fast. 

I chased after her, jumped in. 

And felt the warm buzz of alcohol fill my veins just as I popped up and saw Max follow, balls first, in my face. 

I ducked just in time so I didn’t get a fist full of balls. 

The guy only laughed once we both popped up. 

I swam towards Maddy, and tugged her against me. “Stop running.”

“I’m not.” Her breath came out raspy. “I’m just…reliving old times, isn’t that what you wanted? So we could have closure?”

Why did it feel like she was turning the tables on me. 

“Yeah,” I said slowly, “But—“

Her kiss was swift. 

Hard. 

Fast, and oh so very punishing as I gaped into her mouth and pinned her against he side of the pool. 

Music filled the air out of nowhere from somewhere outside, it pounded into my ears the way I wanted to pound into her. 

I grinned against her mouth as she wrapped her legs around my waist. 

And then Reid cast a shadow over us and started pouring vodka over our heads. 

Maddy tilted her head back and opened her mouth while I leaned in and licked it off her chin. 

People cheered. 

“Guys!” Someone yelled. “Keep it down, someones going to call the cops!”

“Cops?” Max laughed loudly. “I am the law, bitches!” The music blared. “Plus, we already got our cop here.” He pointed while I took another shot. 

People cheered. 

And then Maddy squeezed her thighs. 

Yeah the cops were coming alright.

Oh how much I loved getting back into touch with this amazing world Rachel created!! I fell in love with all of these characters in the first book of the series, The Consequence of Loving Colton and let me tell you, the hilarity of these friends got funnier!! 

We finally get Jason’s story!! I have been wanting him to have his happily ever after since book one when his wedding didn’t happen. I was happy to get into this sexy officers head!! 

Maggie has had a tough time. She hasn’t seen Jason for years, ever since she walked out on him. She knows she did what she had too in love he moment but she still regrets her choice. Now she’s face to face with him again and she can’t seem to stop the feelings she had for him all this time come back to the surface.

Can these two over come the past and let a possible future in? Or will they have to give up what they feel and move on? 

The hilarity of this series was super strong in this new book!! I mean the shit this group finds themselves in. Arrests, pool sex and of course it would be complete without some gun threats. 

Max, Reid, Colton and Jason keep getting into trouble and the wives can’t help but join in!  I loved that we got to catch up with all of our beloved crazy characters!! 

I would 100% recommend this book and this series to any lovers of romantic comedies because the romance is strong and the comedy is literally laugh out loud!!

Along comes the "Beach Squad" showing her true friendship and how to have fun.
Then we have Dean and our shy, lonely girl gets a hot bodyguard of her own.
I absolutely loved this story, watching Brinley come out of her shell. Learning her self worth and accepting the love and support of all her friends.
The twist toward the end had me ecstatic!! It gave Brinley something I didn't think was possible, something I thought she had lost forever. 
So glad to see this is a series with more to come. I really like this group of friends.
