Flirty and SO HOT. Loved this fun couple they were perfect together from the start. Then life threw a wrench in their plans.  They become Forbidden but still flirty and HOT.
When it seemed there was a change in plans and they weren't so Forbidden I got excited but again another wrench and I was hurting as much as our couple.
Then our hero got his act together and I was cheering again.
Lauren Blakely always gives me a story that makes me remember why I love to read Romance.
Really enjoyed the short story about a side couple at the end.

Oh this book had everything I love in a romance sexy times, sweet touching times, action and angst.  All put together with a perfect Tia Loise HEA ending.
Sexy doesn't even begin to describe this story. Our heroine was alluring with her dancing and shy inexperienced in life.
Our hero was pulled to both sides of her.
The instant attraction between themkept me turning pages and devouring their story.
The action part nearly destroyed them in more ways that one, I was on the edge of my seat wanting everything to workout.
A fantastic story I hated to see end.

I took a step back and raced forward, shoving my shoulder against the bedroom door. The wood easily splintered from the hinges as the lock gave way. The door swung open.
On the other side was Catherine, backed into a corner, holding a small nightstand lamp aloft as a makeshift weapon. Her beautiful hair was down and lying in waves over her shoulders; with her glasses placed neatly on the nightstand, I had an unobstructed view of the alarm in her gorgeous emerald eyes.
“Stay back!”

She loves all things vintage and gothic and that’s why she rented the flat that she did with its thick walls and latticed windows , she’s hoping to escape ….

So good!
I was hooked immediately!
Lena was a character in another series that was very curious about. I wanted to know more about her.
This story filled in some blanks. She's not at all who I thought she was.
She is strong and independent (I knew that) bur I saw another side of her a soft side.
CJ brought this out of her.
He taught her it was OK to lean on someone and he became her rock.
Loved the reverse age gap.
So glad Aleatha Romig gave this character a book.

This book was not at all what I thought it would be when I started. It had me near tears and then laughing. I loved the main characters, they are flawed and perfect in all their imperfections. 

This book is about lust and love and loss and decoding that perfection is different for everyone. What others think of you means nothing at the end of the day, if you are happy with your life.

I can’t and won’t spoil this book for readers, just trust me and read it!!
