Can Sara Ney write any funnier of books?!!  I think that each time and then I start a new one!! She is epic in her humor and steam.  Drake is the king of the student body and no girl is going to change his ways, right.....life never works out how you planned but hopefully it lands you in a better place. Daisy is the girl that won't bow down to anyone, especially Drake Colter.  Be prepared for the heat, the laughs, and of course allllll the heart!

It was so good to catch up with my favourite family , The Donovan’s 😍 it was good to be back at the pub and the towns people of Laurel Bay , they’re good people ….


So while the older Donovan’s are away on holiday , the youngest Donovan is left to run the show and he really seems to have it all under control , till he receives a little surprise package on his doorstep with a note …..


Fallon heads home after loosing yet another job and it’s not because she’s not qualified or hard working she just doesn’t really get on with co workers if that makes sense , she and Jamie have a history and when she’s called in to help because of her expertise she sort of has the upper hand ….

As per usual when there’s a crisis the Donovan siblings rally around each other and what’s more important than a new little Donovan ?! Yup Jaimie didn’t even know he was a daddy until Asher ended up on his porch ….


I cried , boy did I cry ! But I also had moments where I laughed and ooo and ahhhhh . The way these people just stand together is the definition of family and friends 🥰 yes it’s not always easy but they get through it .

Asher is just the sweetest little human 🥰


While I felt Jaimee’s anger I must just say thank you to Samantha for touching on a taboo subject of mental health and thank you for the compassion and empathy shown by all involved towards Jenn and her willingness to show up and talk about her mistakes and wanting to find help 🫶🏼

I fell in love with Solene the minute I met her how could I not ?!?!?! She was hiding in her closet reading !


Solene is a mafia princess and I think when her dad was alive she had life a little easier but with his passing her brother takes over and between him and her mother she really had a hard time so when she runs to escape and then is rescued on the beach from some thugs her heart meets her soulmate …. Only to save herself does she throw him under the bus …. Yeats later their paths cross again , her sister is there to congratulate her on her arranged wedding catch is she’s actually in love with her fiancé and the man on her arm is no one but her knight in shining armour from the beach ….

I love the cover ! I love the dedication ! What a treat it’s been to be back in Cottonwood Cove 🥰 I missed the town and it’s people 🤗

So Maddox takes over the publishing company Lancaster Press from his dad and grandfather , leaves the city for small town Cottonwood Cove and is in need of an assistant and in comes our little ray of sunshine aka Georgia and turns his world and company upside down , in a good way ❣️📚

Now Georgia was dependant on Scootie for transport because her ex had held her car hostage and their adventures had me in stitches well that and Maddox’s opinion of dear little scootie 🤣

This is the book every Piper Rayne fan has waited for.
We saw it start in the Baileys series, we knew/ hoped it would happen through the Greens series.
Now we have it and it was EVERYTHING I wanted.
It had past and present, it had sweet and heartbreak, it had meddling grandmas and all the family you can stand.
So worth the wait!!!
The story was perfect. I laughed, I cried and even got mad at times.
This couple is frustrating to put it lightly but SO meant to be.
And a new series, a second generation.

nother hit for a LJ shen book

This was a different sort of book by the author. She twisted up the usual alpha hero and bully heroine.

The story was multi layered and not predictable. It was thrilling and had shocking moments and heartbreak throughout.
