Intention by A.K. Evans is the 12th story in the Harper Security series.  By now, a reader should know that each couple (book) can technically standalone, but reading the series enhances the experience. This one features Jake and Brynn.  This story has had the least amount of suspense for the series, yet I still loved how this story was written. 

Brynn is a fitness influencer, who decides she needs self defense classes because she is getting recognized in public. Jake is the instructor assisgned to her private lessons. It isn't long before feelings get involved, both on the romantic level, but also as a source of teust and healing for Jake. 

And as any good A.K. Evans book our heroine gets caught up in some crazy stuff. Read it to find out yourself!! 

This is a sweet read.  This is the first book in the series where I could picture it without the suspense and it would have been just as good.  Loved the couple.

This is the second installment of this series and I was so happy to go back to the K-Pop world! 

When SWT’s label thinks the guys should do a dating show with the members of another band from the label, it certainly brings some sparks. These two groups don’t have any love loss between them but it also puts Sookie in a position that complicates his life. He’s the youngest member of the group and he’s had a thing for Ari, his bandmates sister, and a lawyer for the record label, for a few years. 

The age gap isn’t the only thing these two have going against them, but it all adds to the drama that happens in this book. 

I liked this book so much! It was nice to see an age gap romance with the heroine is the one whos older! 

In tue end, this book was captivating and a great second book in the series!! Can’t wait for more!!

I have read just about all of Hayley Faiman's books. Loved every one of them but this is probably my favorite. It hit me in all of my romance loving spots.

A bad boy for sure! 

Stalked her, tricked her, before he married her as a stranger 

All when she was his promised (bought) bride so she had no choice.

I loved how she planned to get out of an arrangement where she was sold.

There is so much I want to say but I want every reader to experience this story on their own.

So I will just say READ THIS BOOK! IT'S AMAZING!!

Whoa by Cambria Hebert is the 6th book in her Westbrook Elite series. If you are this far in the series, you know how awesome these swimmers are and don't worry, Kruger doesn't break the 5 star streak. 

Hebert has done a fantastic job of pulling the reader into a well crafted suspense novel disguised as a college sports romance. This story has a total horror film vibe to it, so I have to be careful about spoilers... you might lose the surprise *gasp* element if I’m not.

Hebert has a knack for creating a family with her characters. Unwavering support is something I think we all wish we had in our lives and that is something this group of characters has. Plus loyalty and trauma lattes at every turn. Side note: While each couple has their own book and can be read separately, the plotlines build on each other and create more depth in each book as you go through the series. As a result, you fall a little bit more in love with all of them throughout each book and you will never think of a caramel latte as anything other than a trauma latte again. 

I like that we finally get to learn Kruger's first name.  And Prism's too! We get to learn about dynamic between these two guys that we met forever ago and how Jess (the heroine in the story) fits in. We already know from the book synopsis that Jess is injured and Kruger has to step in with a fake fiance story at the hospital to see Jess.  What we get to see unfold is the sweet, the spicy, and the suspicious - maybe even toss a little scandalous or scary in there too. 

I totally enjoyed Whoa (5 stars!!) and am always excited to see what Cambria Hebert will treat us to next in the series. I'm so excited for Prism...

Well, what can I say? This is an awesome little novella. I have to admit that this is the first book by Elizabeth Hunter that I have read. I will be looking up this series! The characters are well-developed and very enjoyable. Also, any book that has a huge library to explore is my kind of book. This story has a little bit of everything. A mystery to solve, an unknown play to find, not to mention intrigue, fights, and betrayal of sorts, and still has a happy ending. Nothing like a vampire and an undying scribe to get a little bored with a peaceful life and decide a little mystery is just what they need and it gives their teenage daughter space to be a teenager. I loved this book. It is a good way to be introduced to some of the characters in Elizabeth Hunter's Elemental Mysteries series. Pick it up today, sit by the fire with your drink of choice, and settle in for an exciting read!

Reece Maxwell is finally getting her happily ever after with the last book on this series!! I was dang happy to get this in my kindle and read Reece’s story! 

Like pervious books from this author, her writing grabbed my attention and held it. The world and characters Layla creates are always so captivating. 

Dom and Reece have instant sparks and I really enjoyed the way their relationship morphed from fake to real! 

It was also wonderful to get more from this amazing family! I was so sad when this book ended, I wanted to stay in their world for a while more.
