Such a sweet perfect love story.

Aleatha Romig is one of my favorite authors. I was hooked on her with her dark love stories and continue to devour each new one.

But this series of lighter love stories makes my Hallmark loving heart happy.

You need the light and the dark and this author can do both!!

I smiled through the whole story until I had tears of joy in my eyes as I read the last chapter.

Gotta love an author with versatility!

How beautiful is this cover !? Having just finished a book that was country music based I was still in “ the vibe” so this was perfect to round off my book hangover ❣️📚🤣 meaning it softened the blow of having to leave my book bubble to face reality 😉

Keaton comes from a very rich and influential family and his dad did his best to protect his family from the limelight and all that comes with it and instead of loving it he shies away from it and his passion is cars , he builds , remodels , resells …that is until Sidney crosses his path … again 🔥

Sidney is a country singing star but even stars get tired and need to rest , Sidney needs to do just that and she heads to Seattle to help with wedding stuff , she loves Stella and Grey and decided to surprise them , it can only be fun right!?

Sidney and Keaton shared a passionate night before so they’re not strangers to each so when their friends set them up on a date their chemistry is off the charts and they decide to be friends with benefits but we all know how that usually pans out 🥰😉

I loved the family dynamics , the friendships bonds and the people ! Keaton and Sidney had their hurdles and fears yet they got through it they knew what they wanted and they fought for it 🥰their story is the thing country songs are written for !

All I want is some Italian food and a some good Chianti 😉

Gavin is a brilliant businessman but when his family needs him , he puts leave in and heads home ….

Miranda is a food critic and pretty popular at that so when she’s out having Italian what would’ve been casual dinner turns into a revenge review 🙈

Miranda and Gavin have history , she’s more guarded and he’s ready for a second chance but hello who can resist that Italian charm 😉

I loved watching Miranda and Gavin rediscover each other , there’s alot of hurt that needs healing and my heart really went out to Miranda and her hurts aren’t just her relationship with Gavin but there’s is healing , there’s redemption, there’s good food , good company and drama but good drama if that makes sense , who knew how temperamental and dramatic chefs could be 🤣🙈🫶🏼

Pops … you’re a real gem and you just warmed my heart and your constant reference to old blue eyes aka Frank Sinatra and your card playing friends would’ve been my favourite if it weren’t for our live birds 🥰
