There is something about a love story thats decades in the making! I LOVE childhood friends to lovers stories and this one by Lacey was PHENOMENAL!!! Joy loves her job; she owns her own bakery in her hometown, Snowflake Falls. The holidays make things a little crazy but she loves all the Christmas cheer. She was not expecting a blast from her past, but that's what she gets when Burke waltz's into her shop. Burke left town right before he and Joy started high school, his family moved. Now he is back to help his gramps with the family Christmas Tree Farm. He had to stop by and see his childhood best friend and catch up. Neither of them were expecting the friendship and love they had as young children and teens to have turned into sparks but sparks flying is exactly what happens when they come face to face after all these years!
I seriously LOVED this addition to the Snowflake Falls series! These two characters were the perfect match and I cant wait to see where they are, when we read about them in the next book (fingers crossed)!
