Title: Her Ride
Author: Rachael Orman
Genre: Adult Romance
Publication Date: June 2014

Being happy. It sounds so simple. Yet, it seems that it’s always just out of reach for Shannon Ryan.

After serving overseas for six years as a female United States Marine, Ryan is finally getting out the military. But coming home to live with her biker brother and his motorcycle club is more difficult than she thought it would be. Much has changed in the years that she has been gone, including Ellis, her brother’s best friend and childhood crush.

Ellis 'Dirty' Crane is the second in command for Tormented Souls Motorcycle Club. The only thing he lives for is the club, that is until Ryan comes home, no longer the wild little girl that followed him around. The two things standing in his way of getting what he wants are Patrick, Ryan's brother and leader of the club, and Jeremiah, Ryan’s boyfriend.

Can Ellis break through Ryan’s walls? Burn them and Jeremiah down? Prove to her brother that he’s the right man for her? Or is Ryan hiding more than she’s letting on?

Rachael is a stay at home mom with 2 young daughters and a husband that keep her constantly on her toes. She lives in the extremely hot state of Arizona, where she reads and writes away the blistering heat outside. She is a cancer survivor with a quirky personality. She’s been an avid reader for as long as she can remember and been writing since she was in high school. Her hopes of being a writer were crushed when she was young but one day she decided she was going to do what makes her happy and that was to write.

Release Blitz for Beloved by Corinne Michaels

Synopsis

Not enough.

Catherine Pope has never been enough. Every man she has ever loved abandoned her—from her father to her fiancé. She finally accepted the fact she would never be enough to hold any man’s heart and soul.

Then Catherine met Jackson Cole.

When her world literally collided with the sexy former Navy SEAL, everything she always believed is turned upside down and left scattered. He made her feel alive and desirable, consumed her with fierceness and loyalty—which completely unnerved her. Jackson got her in a way no one ever had, giving him the power to destroy her.

If she breaks down and gives him what’s left of her battered heart—will he protect it? Or will Catherine become an irrelevant part of yet another man’s life?

Will she get the one thing that has always evaded her – to finally be someone’s beloved?

Excerpt #1

He weaves his fingers with mine and guides me toward the windows.
“I used to come up here after my run in the mornings,” he says quietly as we look out at the horizon.
“So you worked out and then climbed the stairs? By choice?” I ask with a raised brow.
His throaty laugh echoes through the building as he steps closer to me. “Not all of us find exercise dumb. There are lots of activities that can be”—he coughs and smiles—“enjoyable.”
Jackson’s playful grin causes my eyes to widen and my cheeks to flush. Him and his mouth!
“Well, only if you do it right.” I smile and slap him across the chest.
“I always do it right,” he says as he walks past me.
“I’m sure you do.” I mutter beneath my breath hoping he doesn’t hear.
“What was that?”
Of course he heard me.
“Nothing. Just admiring the view.” I lie and stare out the window.

Excerpt #2

“Tonight, when I’m alone, I’m going to think about how good your legs felt wrapped around me, how your voice sounded when you screamed out my name. I’ll remember how it felt when my dick sunk into your hot, wet pussy.” He leans down and whispers against my ear, causing the hair on the back of my neck to stand, “And I’ll be counting down the minutes until I have you again.”

Excerpt #3

Jackson takes a step closer to me, stalking me like I’m his prey as I counter with another step back. Once my back hits the car door … that’s it. He has me pinned and we both know it. He raises his arms, placing them on the frame of the car and caging me in.
His lips brush against my ear when he whispers, “Oh, but your body says otherwise.” His body closes in on mine and the last remaining space between us disappears. Heat floods my core, my face, my body—my lids flutter closed and I take a shaky breath. “Open your eyes, Catherine.”

Review Tour for On The Rocks by Alyssa Rose Ivy

ON THE ROCKS Synopsis:

Love is best served on the rocks.

My roommates look really good naked. At least one of them does. I’m sure the other one does too, but I haven’t seen him without his pants on. Living with two guys wasn't something I’d ever considered, but the opportunity fell in my lap, and I’d have been crazy to turn it down.

College went by in a great big blur leaving me with less of a direction than I had going in. Add in a family that wanted nothing to do with me, and my post-college plans were less than clear. What’s a girl to do when she has nowhere else to turn? She moves to the Outer Banks and learns to bartend. After all, it was my horrible bartending skills that led me to my roommate’s bed and into his heart.

This was a very good read for me.  I finished this one in a few hours and seemed to be pretty hard for me to put down.  I love when you are able to get into the book since page one.

The characters were so free spirited and easy going in this book that you just flowed with them.

Carly is running from home.  Her parents have always favored her older sister Kim and it seems like Kim is married to a douche bag and because of him, Carly took off and ended up on her brother, Colin's doorstep.  Colin has always backed up his sisters no matter what, so he gladly let Carly in when she showed up unexpected.

Colin has been dating Maddy and he wants her to move in with him.  She, on the other hand isn't too keen on moving in without having wed first, but little by little her barriers are being broken and she reluctantly accepts to move in with him so Carly will have to find a new place to stay.

Maddy was roommates with Macon and Brody, but now that she plans on moving in with Colin, the boys will have an extra room and who better to fit in than Carly!!

Macon has this bad boy image and everyone thinks he sleeps around all the time.  If they only knew!  Macon hasn't been with anyone the whole summer -- that is until Carly comes into the picture ;)  At first Macon didn't want to pursue Carly because she was Colin's little sister and he didn't want to end up hurting her feelings, but the attraction between them was inevitable and everyone and their mother was telling him to be careful with her and not to hurt her.

Well when Macon finally asked Carly to move in, she accepted in a heartbeat and things seem to have hit off just right between them.  They started off with a great friendship that slowly but surely built up to more than just friendship.

Macon is so cute.  I love how he respected Carly and didn't want to do anything behind anyone's back and he officially asked her brother that he wanted to date her.  Colin knew Macon was "classified" as a ladies man but he just warned him not to hurt his sister.

This book was full of fun and I love how every character had a part in the book, even Brody.

I definitely think this is a book worth reading.

I loved this book. It is written in dual POV and it is one of the best, hilarious, and entertaining  male POV I have read in a very long time....Xavier my newest book boyfriend. The female main character Taelyn , aka Irish, is just as funny and feisty too. I loved both Xavier and Taelyn. This is a book that you will not be able to put down because it is such a good and fun story and all of the characters are very likeable.

Xavier is a HOT tattooed playboy, who doesnt plan on settling down. He loves music and wants to start a production company. His mother hires Taelyn as his new assistant. Taelyn  is currently dating Daniel (ugh) who is definitely not  what he seems. There is an almost instant attraction between Xavier and Taelyn. Once Daniel is out of the picture and they finally give into the attraction, wow talk about SCORCHING HOT SEX. This is definitely not a book to read in public. Their physically chemistry is of the charts and Xavier is a very dirty man!! However there are many obstacles in their way, they number one being themselves. Can they get past all their issues to find a future with each other? Youll have to read to see!!!

This is the first book that I have read in the series and it is the forth book about the Steel brothers. I did not feel lost at all and getting small glimpses at the other brothers and their significant others made me one-click their books immediately. If you love HOT, tattooed, dirty talking males and fun, feisty, and real females that have amazing physical and emotional chemistry then this book and series is for you!! GO meet the Men of Steel now.

Meet the Author
MJ Fields had no clue what she was getting into when she began the journey of writing. She say's, ""I still don't--but I like it!"" Her imagination became apparent at age three. Sigma was her very first (imaginary) boyfriend. He lived about fifteen miles from her family's farm. She took him chicken noodle soup every night on one of their snowmobiles.(Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring). Apparently he was very ill and ""Thank God"" she was able to take care of him. At eight her love for writing blossomed. Together with her cousins (of course she was the president) they wrote a newsletter and sold it to their family members. Years later she decided to put it back into print to entertain her cousin as she was on an aircraft carrier on 9/11, very far away from home during a scary time for our country. Fast forward to 2012. She read 50 Shades and thought, 'I wanna do that!' (meaning writing). She has two complete series, The Love Series and Wrapped. There are also two new series Burning Souls and Men of Steel that are as of now not complete. Thirteen books in sixteen months. CrAzY and wonderful. She loves love! Her Mom raised her right. She says please and thank you and means it. She expects the same out of her child. 'It's the right thing to do.' Her mother taught her to take care of herself and others. 'I don't like leaving the house without mascara even if I'm in an oversized hoody and warm up pants.' Her Dad taught her how to work hard and never expect to be handed anything. She likes to work and doesn't mind getting dirty. Both taught her to be respectful and the importance of doing the right thing regardless of what people around her do. They taught her about the importance of family and that it didn't always just include blood relatives. They also tried to teach her how to keep my thoughts to myself...she is still working on that. MJ tends to enjoy watching people grow and change with self realization and moments of clarity that just sneak up behind you and smack you in the head. She loves people and has always been able to see both sides of a story. 'Each person that comes into our life leaves us with something it is what we choose to do with it that helps us grow.' She lives in central New York in the middle of nowhere and is surrounded by family and friend most the time. She ran a small business out of her home and has recently closed her door to pursue this dream full time. She spends time writing and doing the typical Mommy things. Her house is full of pets, friends, and noise ninety percent of the time, and she would have it no other way.
