Method isn't the sort of book that I read as I don't like reading about married couples. Somehow however kept pulling me to this book and so I took a risk and read it and I'm so glad I did. It's like nothing I've ever read before. The story was very unique and can't think of any book that I could compare it to. It was stunning writing that made my heart best faster and made me unable to put the book down.
Although the book was about a married couple there was tons of angst in the book. Mila and Lucas were definitely not a perfect couple by a long shot. They were messy and both flawed which led to find if upset and wrong decisions.
The story goes back and forth between past and present but it doesn't get confusing. I loved we got to go back and see how everything led up to there now present. I couldn't get enough of the past. The present was just as gripping through watching them try to that point in time.
This is by far my favourite book by the author. She has created a unique book that you won't be able to put down.

Kate is a lover of all things '80s and '90s, especially John Hughes films and rap. She dabbles a little in photography, can knit a simple stitch scarf for necessity, and on occasion, does very well at whiskey.
