It never fails I always devour Lani Lynn Vale books. Always
a quick read that I can't put down. Her stories just flow, we watch our couple
fall and fall with them. Then the author likes to throw us a curveball and give
us some tense moments before giving us our HEA.
This one was sweet!! Interesting way to meet, checking each
other out at a prison him an inmate her a visitor. But their story made me
smile, they were perfect for each other. Slate gave Harleigh the comfort and
protection she needed to over come her past. She gave the love and affection he
needed to overcome his. See perfect! They were exactly what the other needed.
Something I love about this authors books is the way
characters from the series and other series become part of the current story.
It's like a visit from an old friend.
The next one looks to be another GOOD one.
