This blurb caught me attention straight away. I've always loved this authors books but there was something about this blurb that caught my eye mostly because I love a age gap story.
Mr Edwards was in a complete league of his own. This man was full on moody. He's harsh, mean and ruthless too. He was also incredibly sexy and dirty talking but there was more to him than meets the eye. I loved him right from the start.
Violet was very different to him but I still loved her personality. She was very quirky cute. She is very invisible and doesn't no her self worth.
It's hard to believe a couple could love each other when one is 18 and the other 30+ but in this book age is just a number but I found there love very believable and that it wasn't that forbidden.
Violets had a huge crush on Me Edwards right from the very moment she met him.
Together Violet and Mr Edwards are the best kind of explosive. They shouldn't work but they do. The chemistry between was intense and perfect as well as electric.
The book was full on angst, with great intensity and emotuonal. This book was everything I thought it would be and more.
