Tanner definitely didn’t want another woman in his life after his divorce but then he meets Amanda, a single mother and neither can resist each other.  Amanda is gun shy when she meets Tanner. She needs his protection and when he shows her he can do more than just protect her, she is nervous to start anything.  This was a quick, fun, riveting and sexy read and I loved it like it do all of Shayla’s other books. My only reason for not 5 stars is I felt like we needed more background from these two. I wanted more and I felt like their story should have been longer.
