Meagan Brandy has done it again.
This is probably the best baseball story I have read in a very long time. It was told in duel POV and was a slow burn romance that made my kindle sizzle. Their relationship had so much angst throughout but there was also a lot of secrets between them and heartbreak too.
There was so many layers to the story so I was kept on my toes throughout. I wasn't expecting what happened at the end when the truth came out.
Tobias character shocked me with how he changed throughout the book. He started as someone who was arrogant, self centred,cocky and rude but by the end of the book he wasn't like that at all and I feel in love with him.
This story broke my heart and then put it back together again.
I loved this emotional rollercoaster.
