By far the best book of 2019 by a lot.

I honestly have no words for this story. It store my heart and shook up a million emotions in me.

There is so much emotion in the story right from the first page. There was so much pain, angst, sweetness and healing through it that broke my heart and then eventually it got stitched back up again. I sobbed through so much of the book that I was reading through my tears and gripping my kindle until my knuckles were white.

I don't want to give anything away about this story as you need to go in blind to experience how outstanding it truly is.

The story wasn't easy to read but the characters were very easy to love.

LJ shen is a magician at fighting outstanding and compelling stories that are unlike anything else out there. She took Luna and Knights story and sliced open a million hearts and left us all a blubbering wreck. What she was good at though was turning everything around and making things better in the end.

I CAN NOT wait until the next book now already. Hopefully 2020 will be here very soon

Right now I wanted to just be here in silence with my best friend. And somehow, I don’t know how, but Luna sensed it. So we sat there for what felt like two hours but was probably a lot less, until I opened my eyes again. Her eyes were closed, too. I watched her for a while.

When she opened her eyes, it felt like she took something away from me.

“Let’s jump,” she said.

“I’m quite fond of my limbs, Moonshine.”

“Stop being such a big baby.”

“Big, quarterback baby who just finished a football season in one piece and would like to keep all his body parts intact.”
