This book was everything I needed right now. Forbidden romance, angst, and a slow burn romance like no other.
Dandelion Meadows has survived a horrible school shooting and to make matters worse she’s sent to finish her senior year at a different school. Lachlan Taylor is the high school counselor who tries to help her out her life back together. The more time they spend together the more they learn about living and loving.
This book was an amazing read Dandelion was an amazing female lead. She had been through so much and was so strong in spite of it. Lachlan was a great guy, he knew what he was feeling was not acceptable and they both struggled with it. There were so many emotions and pain but in the end the healing that comes from it all was simply beautiful.
