You know that saying first impressions last ? Well my first impression of Amelie is “ damn this girl is strong and a fighter !” I wasn’t wrong .....
Weddings are supposed to be a happy occasion and tears shed are those of love , wonderment and awe , this was definitely a different wedding but let me not fixate on this .....
After a rather traumatic start to being a wife Amelie takes to the role quite well I must and especially under the circumstances and while Luca was a total douche to start off with the real man comes out of his shell as time passes and he has me weak at the knees ! What !? I’m weak , I love it when they go all alpha and and dark on me ,don’t judge me 🤷♀️😂❣️
The rivalry between the families always make me think of Romeo and Juliet but each with their own twist and again Amelie takes the forefront in building a bridge .....
I also enjoyed the other characters but Paloma will always have a soft spot on my heart ....
All in all a brilliant read and I’m holding my breath to see what unfolds between Auden and Gemma ❣️
