“A gentleman, huh? That’s not what you said in the bathroom. Remember, you’re a murderer.” I whisper the last part and his eyes darken. Grabbing me by the thighs, he jerks us to where I’m suddenly under him and he’s hovering over me.
“Don’t fucking forget that, D,” he grates through clenched teeth and my body buzzes with arousal. Like I should be scared of what he’s capable of.

The original series (the parents stories) were actually my first MC books and I was immediately addicted to not only the genre but the author. Through the years I believe I have read all of her books but her MC stories continue to be my favorite. And this one is no different!
Our girl is strong and wants to be independent at times shes got too much of her parents in her for her own good. So she is determined to go out on her own live her own life.
Well let me tell you life sucks sometimes!!!
Thank heavens there was a cowboy on a motorcycle sent to save the day. He guided her, loved her ( though forbidden) and helped her see home ain't such a bad place.
I am sad to hear this is the last in the Devil's Dust series but overly excited to see a new MC from her!!!
