I'm quite new to Ella Fields books and Magnolia Cove series. I bugged on all her books and was desperate for more so I was over the moon to see there was another book in the series.
Hearts and Thorns was a fantastic read and just as brilliant as her other books.
I'm a huge fan of angst and love every book I read to have a little bit of it at least but my fish this book but the spit. The angst was insane. It blew my mind and left me does less in a number of occassions.
There was so much emotion and heartbreak throughout which will rip your heart to shreads.
Willa and Jackson's love was so messy and complicated but at the same time it was beautiful and heart felt. There step siblings and best friends so there journey to be together was never going to be easy. There has a special bond though.
There friendship was so natural and easy but that was until something changed and there was no turning back ever again despite the hard journey they had now set up for themselves.
This book wasn't a easy read because of the heartbreak and angst but it was so worth it.
This story was not your usual step brother story.
It's told in duel pov which really helped you see deep in to each of there souls.
