We finally get Silas’s story!!! I was super pumped to get this on my kindle!! I have wanted Silas Steele’s story since we first met him in the Steele Security series!! The ending of Fine Line left us with questions about Silas and his relationship ship with the Russians. I was intrigued about Mira and Kira and could wait to find out which twin we already knew! 

This starts with Kira, she’s doing a job to find out information and when she gets home she realizes that she’s not alone in her apartment. Silas has been watching Kira for months, keeping her safe without her even knowing he’s there. 

When these two finally meet its explosive! The sparks were flying everywhere! I loved the back and forth between these two!! It was nice that Kira can  stand up to Silas and that she isn’t afraid of him! He needed a woman like that. The only woman who actually does that to him is Liz. We got to see the rest of the Steel security crew and we also go to see more of Nick and Roman!! 

I loved the intrigue this book had! It is espionage and love and even some humor! It was everything I wanted for Silas! Kira was a great heroine! She has fire and sad and still a heart of gold when it came to her sister! She opened up during the book and I loved that!!

Leave it to Roman to make me laugh and put our current situation into perspective with only a few well-chosen words. “Yep, it can wait. Absolutely.”

This is the final book in the Crossing Lines series. This is Roman and Tawnee’s story. They were mentioned I previous books so we knew them. 

This story had so many twists and turns it kept me guessing until the end! I loved that these characters were real and the relationship was also real. Most relationships are always sunshine and daisies and this one showed that. These two loved each other but never admitted it and that was what ended them previously. 

Tawnee hasn’t seen Roman in three years. She runs head of security for one of the richest Men in the world. Roman works for the CIA now. When Roman receives a coded message that leads him to believe that Tawnee is in trouble he gathers his crew and runs to help her. 

These two have a lot of unresolved issues. But when they see each other again the sparks are still there. The suspense and action packed story leads the reader on a wild ride. 

I was so happy that Roman got his happily ever after. We also got to see the rest of the Steele security team and Nick and Silas. We can’t forget Liz and all of her crazy. I was so sad to have this series end. I want to live in the world a little while longer and I hope maybe we will get another book that looks in on the entire crew many years on the future! I’m also hopeful. That the children will get their own series!!
