    When I originally read the blurb about Harlow & Connor  I didn't realize this book was a part of a series.  Apparently they are present in the Regretful Lies Duet and I will be picking up those books to catch up with all of the characters. (However reading the duet is not necessary  to enjoy Saving My Soul. 

The backstory is "Low" and Carter had a friends with benefits agreement however when Harlow caught feelings Carter broke the deal and her heart. 

Two years later, Harlow comes face to face with Connor, only for him to watch her life fall apart.  Carter and Harlow are forced to work on their relationship as Carter attempts to help Harlow put her life back together. The evolution of them, as a couple and individually, makes this an enjoyable read. 

This is a well written second chance story and it will not be my last Gina Azzi novel.  Blurb: I can’t avoid Connor Scott forever.
