 Ella Fox releases a new book and it’s the start of a new series and I can’t handle it!!! I have love Ella Fox and her books since she released The Heart Family. And now we get a whole new world and all new characters!! 
 This is the story of Ashley and Tyler. Ashley retreats to Charlottes Cove after a horrible experience in the big city. She has loved this small town since her childhood when she vacationed there yearly. She is so excited to start her love over on the beautiful small town that claimed her heart long ago. Then she meets her boss. 
 Tyler loves his job as Chief of Police, when his new employee shows up she knocks him on his butt. The chemistry between these two was off the charts! For her own reasons Ashley is shy to start something with Tyler though and he has to work to show her that it’s worth taking the chance on them. 
 Oh how much I loved this book!! It’s a classic story for Ella and I can’t wait for more! I loved all the secondary characters so much that I want to get stories from all of them!! 100% recommend!!!

Excerpt: He lets out a hiss of breath, and I tense up. Crap. He’s not going to listen to me.
“Never mind. Let’s forget—”
“Stop doing that. I don’t want you to shut me out or avoid me or treat me like someone you don’t want to know,” he says, his voice rough.
My head comes up in surprise, and my eyes fly to meet his. When they do, I see he’s staring at me imploringly. The message he seems to be sending, quite intently, is don’t run away.
“I don’t want to piss you off,” I blurt.
“Babe. Please. Stop hiding. It’s fucking killing me.”
His words—specifically the use of the word babe—cause my pulse rate to quicken. He looks frustrated as hell, which somehow makes him even hotter. God, my hormones around this man are all over the place.
“Ashley,” he rumbles, his voice low. “Talk.”
I close my eyes for a few seconds to gather my thoughts—and to cut off my line of sight to him so I don’t combust. I need my wits about me for this.
