Blog Tour for Worth the Chance by Vi Keeland

WORTH THE CHANCE

A New Adult/Adult Contemporary Romance

NYT Bestselling Author Vi Keeland

Rating: 4.5 Groupies Stars

Meet Liv Michaels
It may have been seven years, but I’d know him anywhere.  Sure, he’s grown, filled out in all the right places, but his captivating blue eyes and cocky grin are exactly the way I remember.  Even though I’d much rather forget.
Liv Michaels is almost there.  She’s smart, determined and weeks away from landing the job she’s dreamed about for years.  Time healed old wounds, even her broken heart from the devastation of being crushed by her first love.

Meet Vince Stone
Women love a fighter, especially a good one.  Lucky for me, I’m damn good.  But there’s one woman that isn’t interested.  Not again, anyway.
Vince ‘The Invincible’ Stone is every woman’s fantasy…strong, sexy, confident and completely in control.  Growing up surrounded by chaos, he’s learned never to get too attached. Love will drag you down.  He adores women, treats them well, puts their own needs before his own…for the night anyway.  With the biggest fight of his life coming up, his focus should be on training.
When fate brings Vince & Liv back together again, there’s no denying the chemistry is still there.  But can Vince erase the old scars their past left behind? Or will Liv hurt him instead?

Review
" Sometimes, life gives you a second chance because, just maybe, you weren't ready the first time around." -Unknown

Ahhhh. I loved Worth the Fight and I'm always afraid that the second book in the series won't live up to the original. That was not the case here. This book was soooo good. I definitely am a Vi Keeland Author Groupie. I love the way she writes and how the books suck you in, and you cant put them down until you get to the last page. We met Vinny Stonetti, aka Vince Stone, in Worth the Fight. He was the teenager that Nico looked out for and helped train. Fast forward to the future and Vinny is no longer a boy but is Vince a very HOT up and coming fighter.

"You see, I'm a fighter. A pretty damn good one. And good ones have groupies. We call them GIMPs. Short for Groupie I Might Pound."

When we first meet Vinny he is definitely not a one woman man.
He is an up and coming fighter and goes through women. He has no desire to have a relationship that is until he sees Liv again. Liv has finally moved on from her feeling towards her high school crush Vinny, or has she? She is interning for a newspaper and has to interview a fighter named Vince Stone, little does she know that Vince Stone happens to be Vinny Stonetti.
Vinny and Liv share a past, they knew each other in high school. Liv was Vinny's tutor and she had a major crush on him. Vinny felt the same but believed he wasn't good enough for Liv.  Liv is keeping a huge secret from Vinny that could destroy their entire relationship.
Will Vinny and Liv get a second chance at love or will their past and future get in their way.

I loved both Vinny and Liv's characters. They were meant to be together. The chemistry was undeniable. When they finally give in it is HOT!!! I am such a fan of this series and author and cannot wait to see what is next. Vi Keeland is now one of my go to authors.

About the Author

Vi Keeland is a native New Yorker with three children that occupy most of her free time, which she complains about often, but wouldn't change for the world. She is a bookworm and has been known to read her kindle at stop lights, while styling her hair, cleaning, walking, during sporting events, and frequently while pretending to work.  She is a boring attorney by day, and an exciting smut author by night!
