I just want to start off by saying a very big THANK YOU to LK COLLINS for gifting me not only with an e-copy of Essentialism but for virtually signing it as well ! ♥♥♥

The dedication to her mum is beautiful. I always feel like I get to see a piece of an author when I read the acknowledgements and dedications♥

It was like catching up with old friends again ♥ it was good to be a part of Cara,Abel,Alexa,Vincent,Troy and Brigette again.

David is Brigette's current boyfriend and he's a real ass wipe ! Fortunately she leaves him but I don't think he's going to give her up easily! He's one to keep an eye on , on the creepy scale he's a definite 10!

Troy has met his kink match with Brigette! What started as flirting and then near disaster ends up on an explosion of love , kink and passion! I don't think Troy being a firefighter is coincidence sheepers that man can set a woman's core on fire that only he can extinguish!

Brigette has an estranged family member that makes a re-appearance in her life and this comes with a strange request which places her under a lot of stress and strain. I feel her anger and fustration but I respect her hugely for the 'grace' she shows towards this character.

Troy and his dad have a strained relationship and in Essentialism one gets to see the reason behind it. Its so sad really and agsin its brought home how important communication and honesty is.

Essentialism is filled with a bit of everything from drama to suspense and lots of delicious kink! L.K. Collins did a superb job of ending it off beautifully !

LK Collins is first and foremost a devoted wife and mother. She loves music and has openly admitted that she’s addicted to it. Without the strength of the words from some of her favorite artists, what she does…would not be possible. She works the normal 9 to 5 like the rest of the world, but is fortunate that she’s allowed to listen to music for eight hours a day. When she gets home, she turns into Superwoman; juggling the crazy world of being an indie author, a mom, and a wife. Both her daughter and her husband share names with famous presidents. Her husband is referred to by her readers as “the Prez”, a name well deserved.

LK has had a passion for the worlds created by authors for as long as she can remember and with the support of the Prez, she has successfully self-published three titles in the Life. Destiny. Fate Series. While her books are erotica, they are also known for dramatic storylines that will keep the reader enthralled from page one. Not to mention that while she may write a series, each is a stand-alone novel offering the reader a happily ever after. No cliffhangers for this author!
