This is book two in the Surrender Series and picks up where Surrender left off. Declan seems to be so much more loving and sweet in this book. He worships and adores Raven and is intent in showing her that she is his number one priority.

Declan is on tour with his band, Sayge, and trying to get their too song on the charts. Declan becomes depressed because Raven won't return his texts or calls and turns to drinking and smoking.

Raven was convinced that Declan didn't want her on tour with his band; so she takes a summer job in Paris. She is surprised to see Finn on the plane and to learn that he will be working with her for the summer. Finn and Raven get close but when they return to the states she learns that Declan was going to invite her on the tour and not hide their engagement anymore. She was surprised to learn this and to find out that the band loved her and wanted her forgiveness.

You go through a lot of emotions in this book with Raven as she tries to figure out what Declan and Finn mean to her. She has known Finn most of her life but Declan is her first everything. She loves them both but has to figure out what type of love she has for them.

Without giving too much away I will say that I thought that this book had the perfect ending to Declan and Raven's story. If you like Rockstar, erotica, or romance novels I would recommend that you read the Surrender Series by Ahren Sanders.

Ahren spent her formative years living in an active volcano. There her family made collectible lava art. She studied rock collecting at the Sorbonne in France. There she met the love of her life-her pet pig Sybil. She returned to the states and started writing. She is happily married to a guy who used to live under a bridge and she met while pole-dancing. They have one amazing daughter. Now, meet the real me. I’m a wife, mother, and full-time Human Resource Specialist.
