Review:
This book was a little different from what I usually read but it was a great change. It is a very sweet love story. It started off a little slow but once it really got started I had a hard time putting it down. If your a fan of romance with a little suspense thrown in then this is the perfect book for you.
This is Katrina and Erik's story.
Katrin was formerly engaged to Wade, who drunkly missed their wedding. He's a little on the crazy side, has stalker tendencies, and has threatened Katrins life. To escape Wade she uproots her life to move to Kalispell. Her sister-in-law sets everything up for her including a ride there from none other than Erik Lindestrom. Erik doesn't do commitment or any kind of relationship other than a sexual one. An event in his life cause him to lose faith in love. Erik is heading north to pursue a career in law enforcement. The sparks definitely fly when the two meet but there are ALOT of obstacles that stand in their way. From her crazy ex to Erik's fear of love p, can these two find their happy ending together?
The reader will definetly experience a roller coaster of emotions love, frustration (Eric just give in already), sadness (there were a few times I found my self shedding a tear), and even fear (what is Wade gonna do next). This is my first book by the author but it will not be the last. I can't wait for Lars' story. I have a feeling all of the Lindestrom men are going to be very swoon worthy.
